This $48 million Armor Training Brigade Headquarters and Initial Entry Training Brigade Complex Phase I includes a Battalion Headquarters, Arms Vault, two (2) Readiness Modules, Dining Hall, three (3) Barracks, & a Directorate of Operations Traning (DOTS) Facility.

Ft. Benning is a self-sustaining community of over 100,000 military personnel, family members and civilian employees that possess the capability to deploy combat-ready forces by air, rail and highway. The base is home to the United States Army Infantry School and the Armys Airborne School. Government officials selected Ft. Benning in the recent Base Realignment and Closing Commission (BRAC) as the new location of the U.S. Army Armor School that will merge with the Infantry Center.

The electrical scope of work includes power distribution, lighting fixtures, an Addressable Fire Alarm System, a Mass Notification System, lightning protection, secure and non-secure cable tray, and extensive telecommunication installations.
