This 75,000 square foot facility, constructed on 76 acres, is a 32 million dollar project. It contains staff offices, meeting rooms, two racket ball courts, indoor heated zero-depth entry pool, indoor walking track, double gym, aerobics room, cardio room, weight room, 5 lighted soccer fields with two control buildings and restrooms, walking trails, amphitheater and lake. A unique feature of this facility is the Adult Activity Center. This 6,000 square foot addition is attached to the Sportsplex and features a computer lab, a media center, a game room, a warming kitchen and a large common area complete with full sized stage.

The electrical scope of work included power distribution, lighting fixtures, an uninterruptable power system (UPS), lightning protection, emergency generator, an Addressable Fire Alarm System, a Video Survellience System, an Intrustion Detection System, and an complete audio/visual package for each area of the complex,
