The Fort Benning ACP/Infrastructure Project consists of a Visitor Control Center, a Gate House Building, a Search Office Building, an ID Check Area, a Passenger Vehicle Search Area, a Truck Search Area, and related site electrical work. These six structures together comprise a new Access Control Point for the area of Ft Benning known as Harmony Church. In addition, three communication huts are included in the project.

The scope of work includes power distribution, lighting fixtures, one (1) 500kW diesel generator set, two (2) 125kW diesel generator sets, one (1) 100kW diesel generator set, related automatic and manual transfer switches, an 80kvA Uninterruptable Power System, a complete Addressable Fire Alarm System, and a lightning protection system on each structure.
