The 1950's era Maintenance Hanger of the 187th Fighter Wing is tasked with maintaining and supporting the F-16 aircraft of the fighter wing. With a gross square feet of over 62,000 square feet and 42 full-time occupants, the hangar houses numerous shops such as electrical, egress, wheel & tire, & pneudraulics, offices for each, a communications room, men's & women's restrooms, and a 26,000 square foot hanger bay that can accomodate six (6) F-16 aircraft.

Included in the electrical scope is the removal of selected electrical fixtures including the all existing panelboards in the hangar bay, testing of all existing brach circuit wire with replacement of faulty circuits, and new lighting fixtures. Additionally, a new MegaDoor hangar door will be installed, a new fire supression system, and improvements to the site such as grading and drainage.
